White Tea Need to Know February 25, 2010
Posted by admin in : Food & Drink , add a commentAll teas contain high levels of antioxidants, but white tea antioxidants higher than in other types of tea. High level of antioxidant in tea caused by solar radiation. Green plants obtain energy from sunlight to grow and chlorophyll, and sunlight can damage them. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation can be particularly harmful to plants and antioxidants are mainly to protect plants from this potential damage.
Where antioxidants come from? Living plant cells can be destroyed, as the plants are trying to protect themselves from harmful rays of the sun. Free radicals are created in the leaf cells to UV radiation in direct sunlight. Animals are born with a good immune system that protect them from these free radicals, but the plants are not. Plants instead produce chemical substances (called phytonutrients) to protect themselves, antioxidants, as most important.
There is a process of antioxidant activity, such as searching for free radicals (chemicals created by sunlight the leaves of plants). Antioxidants attack free radicals in cells and can kill them, resulting in plants with age and sometimes catch diseases. Free radical activity of antioxidants is limited. Since antioxidants are present in large numbers in the white-tea plants, it takes a lot to keep the balance of the plants are alive, because this battle continues.
There are many antioxidants in this tea contains mainly catechins family, including epicatechin, epigallocatechin and epikatehingallat. EGCG or epigallocatechin gallate, is the most famous antioxidant. Almost half of the antioxidant EGCG and consists of a very powerful component. Laboratory studies have found that EGCG may be 100 times more active than vitamins & C. White tea is believed to be in it more antioxidants than a serving of broccoli, spinach, strawberries and other healthy vegetables and fruits. This is an excellent example of antioxidants, white tea at work.

Port Is Simple February 24, 2010
Posted by admin in : Food & Drink , add a commentUntil a couple of hundred years ago, but red wine is produced, in spite of the very rich and bold character, not in other places.
The combination of the region of extreme heat, elevation, and rainfall are ideal conditions, however, for those grapes will be done in port. Late, the harvest is important for the grapes used in port production, as it is only that they do not achieve the desired level of sugar content.
When picked up, crushed grapes, and then give a very short fermentation for 36-48 hours, then add a small amount of 150 proof grape spirit (brandy). This addition strengthens the wine and kills remaining live yeast, stop the fermentation process. Natural grape sugar remains, which provides the port with its characteristic richness. This fortified wine then transferred to wooden barrels for aging.
Many ports are aged in wooden barrels. There are many types of ports – including ruby, white and red. The latter is distinguished by its more aging period before its bottled. The port also aged in two different ways, in the barrel and in bottle, and some of them are engaged in a significant impact on the taste of the finished product. Bottle aged port retains its color and productivity for long periods of time, while a barrel aged version should be drunk as soon as they begin to lose their flavor once removed from the barrel.

Electric Scooter February 24, 2010
Posted by admin in : Motorcycles , add a commentUntil I started riding E Zip E750 electric scooter, although I NEVER I Could Fall In Love with a mechanical device. I have owned it now for 21 / 2 months, which gave me enough time to really appreciate the 4 main qualities.
* Quiet
Unlike some of the gas scooters that I looked, E Zip E750 surprisingly quiet. It makes about as much noise as a golf cart. It is equipped with an engine that produces 750W of power from DC Earth Magnet Alloy Motor.
Many “PCU”, even going up hills!
* It Fun To Ride
The first time I turned the accelerator grip, I felt like a 12-year-old child again. She has a clear and responsive acceleration. Once you get going, though, you have no problems stopping. This is an excellent front disc brake.
And I have not mentioned how fast it can go? This child scoots along on reliable maximum speed of 15 miles per hour M. resign myself, and our community to rest for about 2 miles from our house.
